The NOMA, NoMaD's new condo development from Alchemy Properties, has officially topped off. Designed by FXFOWLE Architects, the 24-story building draws inspiration from the Bauhaus movement. The NOMA features 55 residences which range in size from 1-bedrooms from $1.55 million, 2-bedrooms from $ 2.6 million to 3-bedroom penthouses from $6.75 million. Amenities include a Landscaped Terrace, Library/Lounge, Fitness Center, Bicycle Storage, Generator, and a 24-hour attended lobby. Completion is expected by December 2017.

Alchemy Properties purchased the top 30 floors of the Woolworth building with the vision of transforming them into 33 loft style condos in the iconic building. The tower was originally completed in 1913 and was at the time the world's tallest building. It was commissioned by F.W. Woolworth and designed by Cass Gilbert, featuring its iconic, terracotta facade which Alchemy Properties invested $22 million to restore. Interior design of the renovation was headed up by Thierry W Despont while model units were designed by Alan Tanksley and Eve Robinson. One-bedroom units start at $4.6 million and full-floor residences start at $26.4 million with the penthouse asking $110 million. Residences start on the 29th floor, providing stunning views of the Manhattan skyline. Amenities include a gym, pool, spa, lounge and a wine cellar with tasting room.
“Each model has an identity: 38A enhances the history of the building with a deep color palate coupled with a transitional design aesthetic, while 38B is a modern design with pops of color and contemporary art,” said Stan Ponte, who is co-director of sales for The Woolworth and Senior Global Real Estate Advisor at Sotheby’s International Realty.
