New images have been released of the newly opened sales gallery at the Robert A.M. Smith Architects-designed Two Fifty West 81st where sales have been steadily progressing and two penthouses are already under contract. When complete, Two Fifty West 81st Street will rise 18-stories and features 31-luxury condos encased in a brick and limestone facade. Units will start at $3.9 million for a 2-bedroom condo and range up to $16 million for the 5-bedroom penthouse.
250 West 81st Street will feature 6,000 SF of amenities including a fitness center, golf simulator, basketball court, a rooftop terrace and a professional music studio. There will also be 11,000 SF of retail on the ground level.
250 West 81st Street is being developed by Alchemy Properties and Carlyle Group, who purchased the site for $51 million in 2016, and has an expected sell-out of $226 million.Construction has surpassed the halfway mark and is expected to be completed in January 2019. Sales and marketing are being exclusively handled by Stribling Marketing Associates.
