11 Hoyt, Tishman Speyer’s Studio Gang Architects-designed condominium tower in Downtown Brooklyn, has revealed its 32nd floor Sky Club. The Sky Club offers residents a number of unique spaces including a music rehearsal studio, screening room and performance space, quiet library, study nooks, golf simulator virtual gaming room. Residents may also host an intimate dinner party or an exclusive wine tasting in the striking double-height Sky Lounge, which provides panoramic views of brownstone Brooklyn, the Lower Manhattan skyline, the East River, the Statue of Liberty, and New York Harbor. In addition to the Sky Club, 11 Hoyt offers residents an expansive collection of more than 55,000 SF of indoor and outdoor amenities including an elevated, private park for residents built atop a two-story base and surrounding the building.
The park is adjacent to the building’s indoor amenities area, called the Park Club, which measures 13,000 SF and is located on the building’s 3rd floor. The Park Club includes a state-of-the-art fitness and aquatic center designed and curated by The Wright Fit that features a 75’ saltwater pool, squash court, men’s and women’s locker facilities, steam showers, sauna, massage and relaxation rooms and a yoga/group fitness studio. Residents can enjoy an al fresco barbeque, meditative yoga on the fitness deck, an outdoor hot tub, private dog park and dog spa, a game room, maker’s studio, children’s playroom, salon lounge, catering pantry, a co-working lounge featuring coffee service and AV-connected private meeting rooms.
11 Hoyt is a new luxury, residential building located at the crossroads of Downtown Brooklyn and brownstone Brooklyn. Construction has already begun and the building is expected to begin occupancy in 2020. The tower will rise 57-stories, 660’, and span almost an entire city block with frontage along Hoyt, Livingston and Elm Streets. The building includes 481 residences ranging from studio to four-bedrooms. The complex geometry of the façade and windows create approximately 190 unique floor plans for the building’s 481 homes.
11 Hoyt is an extraordinary work of architecture and design that features an impressive collaboration among a world-class team of international designers. Celebrated architect Jeanne Gang, the founding principal of Studio Gang Architects and a MacArthur Fellow, designed the building’s architecture. 11 Hoyt is the first residential building in New York City by Studio Gang Architects, which is based in New York and Chicago. Hill West Architects is collaborating with Studio Gang on the architecture for 11 Hoyt. The award-winning interiors and architecture firm, Michaelis Boyd Associates, is responsible for the interiors for 11 Hoyt. 11 Hoyt is the London-based firm’s first condominium development in New York, part of a global portfolio which includes Soho House locations in Berlin, Los Angles, and the Soho Farmhouse, London’s famed Groucho Club and the Williamsburg Hotel. New York City-based Hollander Design, one of America’s most noted landscape architecture firms and an AD 100 designer, is responsible for the landscaping and collaborated with Michaelis Boyd Associates and Studio Gang on the outdoor amenities. 11 Hoyt is being developed by Tishman Speyer, a leading owner, developer, operator and fund manager of first-class real estate around the world.
Sales for 11 Hoyt began Fall 2018 with prices starting from $690,000 for studios to approximately $3,500,000 for a four-bedroom residence. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is exclusively handling sales and marketing.
