Adam America, Brooklyn’s most active real estate developer, announced that Downtown Organic Market has signed a retail lease at 561 Pacific. 561 Pacific is a condominium building located in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, that creates ways to offer residents a healthy lifestyle. Downtown Organic Market is a high-end grocer that offers organic produce and meats created by Adel, Aziz, Anees, and Ebrahim Alesae along with Jalal Ahmed.

Downtown Organic Market’s new location will span 6,150 sq.ft. The curated selection of organic foods will focus on locally sources produce, meats, cheeses and breads from family-owned businesses and Wholesome Farms Market. The market will also feature a salad bar, juice bar and prepared meals. It will also provide complimentary meals and drinks to 561 residents upon their first visit.

Nate Mallon of EXR NY represented Adam America in the lease transaction. Downtown Organic Market is set to open in May 2021 and will be located along 4th Avenue at 561 Pacific.
