Rockefeller Group recently announced that closings have commenced at Rose Hill, the firm’s first NYC condo tower. Rose Hill is an art deco-inspired residential tower that is over 600 feet tall with panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline. The 45-story tower features 123 residences located in NoMad at 30 East 29th Street, between Park Avenue South and Madison Avenue. Architecture and interior design is by CetraRuddy.
