There is a new four-story residential building coming to Bushwick, Brooklyn just steps from the J, M and Z trains. The project is being developed by Moshe Friedman and is being designed by BEAM Group, led by Boaz Golani. The building will rise 45' and will over 8,780 SF of total development and 5,470 SF of residential space which will be separated into 8 rental apartments which will feature floor to ceiling windows and terraces. The exterior of the contemporary building will feature a black diagonal herringbone patterned brick façade with exposed concrete at the base. The 2,500 SF lot is currently vacant and no completion date has been set.
