Savanna has revealed first renderings for the Incorporated Architecture and Design (INC) and SLCE-Architects designed Vandewater, which will rise over the Jewish Theological Seminary's Morningside Heights Campus after it was announced last year (2017). Located at 543 West 122nd Street, Vandewater's name is derived from the original name for Morningside Heights, Vandewater Heights. The project will offer 183 condominium residences which are available in 1 to 4 bedroom floor plans and will offer views of the Hudson River, Central Park and Midtown Manhattan. Vandewater will also feature 24,000 SF of amenities including a Wright Fit gym and landscape architecture by Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates (MVVA) throughout the motor court, private gardens, and outdoor dining room.
Sales and marketing at the Vandewater will be overseen exclusively by Halstead Property Development Marketing.
