The first interior renderings have been revealed of the under-construction 40 Bleecker, giving a look inside the highly-anticipated building featuring interiors by the AD 100-recognized Ryan Korban. 40 Bleecker will be Korban's first ever residential project after being named as a top designer for the 2nd consecutive year by Architectural Digest's AD 100. Korban is a favorite among celebrities including Kanye West, James Franco and Alexander Wang as well as has worked with Balenciaga. The luxe lobby will feature 2 marble couches at the entryway separated by a slab coffee table of rough-hewn French limestone, and touches like suede walls, terrazzo book-matched floors and that incredible black marble and mirrored fireplace. 40 Bleecker is being developed by Broad Street Development and designed by Rawlings Architects with landscape architecture by AD100 Landscape Architect Edmond Hollander. The building will rise 12-stories and will feature 61 condominium units ranging from 1 to 3-bedroom layouts with pricing starting under $2 million. Sales will launch in early 2018 and will be handled exclusively by Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
