Alfa Development has launched sales at their new eco-friendly condo, 200 East 21st Street. The development uses consciously sourced materials and energy as the developer strives to uses sustainable building practices throughout New York City. 200 East 21st Street is designed by BKSK and Champalimaud designed the interiors. The project features 67-condominium residences which start at $1.445 million for a 713 SF 1-bedroom unit and range up to $4.25 million for a 1,823 SF 3-bedroom unit. A 4-bedroom penthouse is also available for $12 million which features an additional 1,800 SF terrace. Units feature sustainably sourced oak floors, Caesarstone, Macedonian Sivec marble master bathroom with Turkish lilac stone walls, and Miele appliances. The building's electricity will be powered by wind power and hot water will be heated by rooftop solar panels. Completion is expected in late 2018.
