Vladislav Doronin's Aman New York has released new info on the planned condominium part of the luxury hotel project in the Crown Building. The condo portion of the development will start on the 11th floor and pricing will start at $5.9 million for a 1-bedroom, 1,149 SF unit; $10.6 million for a 1-bedroom, 2,109 SF unit; $26.6 million for a 3-bedroom, 4,384 SF unit and $58.3 million for 4 bedroom, 6,287 SF unit. The penthouse will be price over $100 million and will feature over 14,000 SF of living space with 4 bedrooms, a wraparound terrace, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Doronin holds that the condos will help offset the expenses developing the luxurious 83-room hotel. The hotel will also have 3-story, 22,000 SF spa, Aman Member's Club, Jazz Club, a Cigar Bar, a piano bar, a wine libarary, a Japanese restaurant, and an Italian restaurant. Aman New York is being developed by Vladislav Doronin's OKO Group and Michael Shvo, who purchased the office space at the Crown Building located from floors 4-24 with over 290,000 SF of space in 2015 for $475 million. Aman New York is expected to open in 2020.
