Check-Out The New Renderings The Morris Adjmi Architects-Designed 419 Broadway in SoHo

Morris Adjmi Architects has released new renderings of their design for 419 Broadway in SoHo, which is being developed by United American Land, LLC. The proposal is up for review by the Landmarks Preservation Commission. The proposal includes refurbishing the neighboring 3-story building at 423 Broadway which will be redesigned to match the new 419 Broadway structure. The new structure will rise 8-floors, 136', and feature a facade made-up of cast zinc panels and painted aluminum windows. In all 419 Broadway will feature 40,000 SF of usable commercial space with ground floor retail.
