The Robert R. Douglass pedestrian bridge in Lower Manhattan designed by WXY Architecture and Thornton Tomassetti is set to open this fall, 2019. The 230’ bridge is named after Robert R. Douglass, a founder of Alliance for Downtown New York and advocate for rebuilding Lower Manhattan after 9/11.
