111 Murray Street: Developed by Fisher Brothers and Witkoff Group and designed by architects Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, the condominium features over 20,000 sq.ft. of modern amenity space including two pools. One is a 75-foot lap pool framed by stone lounges and a hot tub. The second is a 25-foot splash pool with water jets. There is also a hammam including sculpted marble beds resembling a modern Turkish bath.
100 Barclay Street: Magnum Real Estate Group converted this art deco skyscraper into condos. Amenities include two pools: one 82-foot two-lane lap pool for adults to work out and one 330 sq.ft. wading pool for children to take swimming lessons and play.
50 West Street: World-renowned architect Helmut Jahn with interiors designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen created a 64-story condo including four floors dedicated to amenity space. This condo is home to the Water Club featuring a 60-foot swimming pool, cedar-lined sauna and marble steam room. The swimming pool includes a lifeguard so children can safely play, along with water sports including aerobics and water polo.
