109 East 79th Street, a luxury condominium development with construction underway, has just released a teaser website and new renderings offering a sneak peek inside the building. The condominium is designed by architect Steven Harris who has spent over 30 years designing homes around the world and is regularly featured in Architectural Digest. Legion Investment Group led by Founder and CEO Victor Sigoura developed this project. 109 East 79th street is located on the Upper East Side surrounded by some of the most expensive and historic pre-war properties in New York. The condominium is designed as a tribute to these historic landmarks mixed with an update of modern accents.
Harris designed the residences of 109 East 79th Street with spacious entertaining and dining areas and high ceilings up to 20 feet in select condos. The building will be 20-stories high including 32 residences ranging from two-to-five-bedrooms. The lobby will feature a private lounge and library that will look into a private garden. The building will also offer vast amenities which is unusual for the boutique size of the condo. Amenities include a double-level fitness center, spa with treatment rooms, sauna, hair salon, game room and screening room.
109 East 79th Street will be completed in 2022 and sales are expected to launch in 2021 through the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.
