New photography reveals a first look inside Lantern House. The condominium is located along the High Line in West Chelsea and nearing complete. This development is Thomas Heatherwick’s first residential project in North America, other projects include the Vessel at Hudson Yards and Little Island at Pier 55. Lantern House’s signature look is complete with large modern bay windows with two buildings joined by a glass lobby pavilion right under the elevated high line. Lantern House will feature 181 residences, each built with their own signature three-dimensional bay windows.
Photos of the interior include a model home designed by ASH NYC. The interior designer took inspiration from the unique architecture to fill the home with bold and modern furniture with pops of color.
Lantern House is located at 515 West 18th Street and pricing ranges from $1.625 million to approximately $17 million. The condominium offers one-to-four bedrooms including private terraces. Exclusive sales and marketing agents are Related Sales LLC and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.
