Todd Haiman teams up with 30 Warren as Resident Landscape Designer to Tribeca Select. This unique opportunity gives residents of the Tribeca Select program an opportunity to customize the landscaping on their terrace and balconies. As the pandemic continues and New Yorkers are spending more time in their homes, Todd Haiman will help residents of Tribeca Select create a custom urban oasis to enjoy. This new partnership will make 30 Warren more desirable than other Tribeca luxury condominiums as closings are slated to begin this Fall. 30 Warren boutique condominium is developed by Cape Advisors.
“Capturing the spirit of Tribeca and providing residents with unique access to people, places and services is what Tribeca Select is all about,” said Craig Wood, CEO of Cape Advisors. “It’s a tool kit of sorts. Given the focus on light, views and outdoor space at 30 Warren, we wanted to insure we had a landscape design partner whose creativity and expertise could truly enhance residents’ unique environments.”
Todd Haiman Landscape Design will be responsible for all landscape and garden design at 30 Warren for private terraces and balconies. Their services will include custom design, consultations, recommendations as well as landscape maintenance. Tribeca Select also offers numerous local vendors and partners including but not limited to Emily Thompson Flowers, Chambers Street Wines, Yoga Shanti and Church Street School for Music and Art.
