Broad Street Development, a leading privately held, New York-based real estate developer, investor and operator, has announced that 40 Bleecker, its highly anticipated new boutique luxury condominium project in Noho, has just signed it's first retail tenant. Anchoring the building on the prominent corner of Bleecker and Mulberry Streets, Clean Market, the groundbreaking and leading New York-based wellness destination, has leased approximately 2,600 SF of space for their newest location.

Set to open in Spring 2020, Clean Market's NoHo storefront marks the third outpost for the company. Dedicated to helping people feel their best by providing purposeful nutrition, effective products, and innovative services to optimize, energize, and transform their life, Clean Market focuses on elevating the body and mind through functional food, smart supplements, IV drips, infrared saunas, and cryotherapy.

Broad Street Development was represented in the deal by their own David Israni, Senior Managing Director, and advisor and investor, Jack Terzi, of JTRE Holdings, represented Clean Market. Offering a unique and elevated retail experience, three more retail spaces are available for lease. Similar in size to Clean Market, layouts comprise of about 2,500 SF.
A timeless design situated within the historically landmarked NoHo neighborhood with architecture by New York City-based firm Rawlings Architects and interior design by world renown AD100 celeb-interior designer Ryan Korban, 40 Bleecker boasts 61 one-to-five-bedroom residences, with six penthouses that crown the top of the tower. A full suite of services and amenities, rare for NoHo, include private parking, a 58-foot indoor pool, gym and beautifully landscaped sculpture garden that has been designed by AD100's Edmund Hollander Landscape Architects.
