Brooklyn's newest full-service boutique luxury condominium, The Symon, has revealed a first look launching their teaser website and revealing new images. Offering contemporary residences with an elevated design sensibility and an acute attention to detail, as well as a thoughtfully curated amenities selection that include a complete suite of sophisticated retreats for work and play. The formal sales launch is slated for this Fall 2019 with Stribling Marketing Associates exclusively handling sales and marketing.
The Symon is currently under construction and located at 76 Schermerhorn Street between Court Street and Boerum Place. The building will rise 12-stories plus Penthouse with 59 residences in a mix of one-to-four-bedroom homes, with select units offering private outdoor space, including three penthouses. The Symon is being developed by Lonicera Partners, Orange Management and The Davis Companies. The building was designed by Studio DB and takes inspiration from the celebrated heritage of Brooklyn Heights and marries rich, natural materials with classic detailing to evoke the character and distinction of the neighborhood’s treasured townhouses and grand apartments.
Steeped in history, the name, The Symon, is a nod to the patriarch of the Schermerhorn family, whose aristocratic mercantile legacy dates back to the 1600s. Known for their sense of civic duty and philanthropy efforts as a patron of the arts and educational institutions of New York, particularly Columbia University, The Symon celebrates the confluence of history and culture, commerce and education.
