In the last few weeks since launching sales, Brooklyn Point has rolled out its new sales gallery designed by AD100 designer Katherine Newman. Newman designed the sales gallery to communicate the overall design aesthetic of the building. In addition to two kitchen models and full bathroom, the spaces includes several vignettes of the amenities spaces, including the lobby, bar and lounge. Sales and marketing are being exclusively overseen by Extell Marketing Group.
