Madison Square Park Tower, the tallest residential building between Midtown and Lower Manhattan, has just unveiled its stunning multi-floor library, which is part of the building’s five floors of hotel-inspired amenities. The lavish library features interiors by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, the preeminent London-based hospitality firm known for its work on high-profile hotels and private clubs, including the decadent redesign of Annabel’s Terrace in London and the Soho Beach House in Miami Beach. The double-height, wood-paneled sanctuary overlooks a bijou garden by Oehme Van Sweden. The library also serves as an extension of the lobby, offering multi-level library features seating areas that surround a bronze-and-wood detailed spiral staircase, which leads to the book-lined mezzanine, where the selections were carefully curated by the building’s developer, Continuum Company.
