One Beekman, also known as "Pearl on the Park," has revealed new renderings of the FiDi mixed-use project which marks Richard Roger's Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners first residential project in the U.S. The 95,000 SF project offers 31 condo units overlooking City Hall Park. One Beekman will also feature 2 floors of retail space including ground-floor retail as well as office space on the third and fourth floors. Amenities start on 5 and condos on 6.
Condo residences were designed to optimize views of City Hall Park of which ever condo has a view. This was accomplished by pulling the core to the back of the building and pushing living rooms toward the park. Residences range from 900 SF to 2,900 SF. Condo units are finished with wide white oak plank flooring and kitchens feature custom white oak cabinets, Tundra Grey marble and Miele appliances. Half of the units will feature terraces. Amenities include a gym and a yoga studio. Sales are being overseen by Leonard Steinberg of Compass and the project is expected to be completed 2018.
