After undergoing a name change from The Eleventh, to XI, HFZ Capital's Bjarke Ingels Group designed high line condo will launch sales on May 7. One bedrooms will start at $2.8, 2 bedrooms will start at $3.9 million, 3 bedrooms from $6.5 million and 4-bedroom starting at $9 million. XI will also feature half-floor penthouse units starting at $25 million.
When topped out, the west tower will rise 400' and the east tower will rise 300'. Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) designed the twisting towers to rotate to maximize views from both towers. XI will offer 240-condominium units between the two towers with the west tower featuring only residential condo units with spectacular views and amenities while the east tower will feature both residential units on the upper floors and a 137-key Six Senses Hotel & Spa below with interiors by Gilles and Boissier. The structures will be connected by a glass skybridge on one of the lower levels and are centered around a central courtyard and porte cochère designed by Enzo Enea. HFZ previously announced that they will be collaborating with Friends of the High Line to create an open-air pedestrian promenade that will run adjacent to the High Line. XI will also feature restaurant pavilion and retail designed by James Corner Field Operations and Diller Scofidio + Renfro. XI is expected to open to residents in 2019.
