Leasing has officially launched at The Eagle in Downtown Brooklyn. The Eagle, which was designed by Hill West Architects, rises 32-stories and features 440 apartment rental units. Located at 86 Fleet Place, the rental tower is the final piece of John Catsimatidis' Red Apple Group's four-building project at Myrtle Avenue. Units range in size from studio to 3-bedroom layouts with pricing starting around $2,044 /mo. for a studio. Apartments feature floor-to-ceiling glass, kitchens which feature stainless steel appliances, oak cabinets and Brazilian stone countertops; luxurious bathrooms which feature walnut floors, deep soaking tubs; and a rare washer & dryer in each unit. The Eagle features 34,000 SF of amenities including a rooftop garden, state-of-the-art fitness center, sun deck with cabanas, summer kitchens, and a dog park. The Eagle's 29 affordable housing units were assigned via a lottery last year.
