LeFrak's new Jersey City luxury rental tower, Ellipse, has unveiled its high-end amenities as the tower powers towards completion. The reveal comes one month after PROFILEmiami reported that the tower had released one of its penthouse units as the most expensive rental listing in Jersey City at $10,995 /mo. (December 2017) and the news that the tower is now 90% leased including 4 of 5 penthouses. The amenities were designed by Arquitectonica and include a state-of-the-art fitness center with stunning views of the Hudson River, a deluxe game room with billiards and ping pong tables, a children's playroom with a rubber gym floor for safe playing and a road rug, a co-working space featuring felt-covered study carrels, conference table and bookcases, a multi-purpose lounge with flat screen TVs and a curated art display, a living wall in the lobby, a 24-hour doorman, and an outdoor pool which will open summer 2018.
Ellipse is a 41-story, luxury rental tower in Jersey City, developed by LeFrak and marks the first Arquitectonica-designed project in Jersey City. The tower is located in the hot Newport neighborhood on the Hudson River waterfront and features 381 rental apartment units with views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline. Units range from studio to 3 bedroom floor-plans with 5 penthouses, two of which are 4 bedrooms. Ellipse is oval in design with a distinct elliptical shape and glass façade. Over 30 years ago LeFrak spearheaded change as one of the first developers in the 600-acre district, which is now the largest mixed-use community in the United States.
