Fields Development Group has officially launched leasing at Lenox, their new luxury rental building in Paulus Hook, Jersey City. Lenox features 255 studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom luxury residences that are complimented by a thoughtfully-curated collection of high-end amenities rarely found in the Jersey City market, as well as more than 7,200 SF of ground-floor retail space. Lenox is the only new luxury residential building in Jersey City’s Paulus Hook neighborhood. Lenox is located at 207 Van Vorst Street and was designed by Hoboken-based firm Marchetto Higgins Stieve to fit seamlessly into the neighborhood’s existing landscape. The building features interiors by Fogarty Finger, which are infused with high-end, aesthetically pleasing features and finishes.
Fields Development Group designed Lenox to meet the growing demand for spacious units, incorporating larger 2-bedrooms with dens; as well as 3-bedrooms, which are virtually non-existent in Jersey City’s luxury rental market. Residences range in size from 430 SF to 1,530 SF and feature spacious living areas with designer flooring, stylish kitchens equipped with stainless steel appliances and fixtures, quartz countertops and sleek, modern cabinetry. Every residence also features a washer and dryer, pendant lighting, and walk-in closets, and select residences feature private terraces. Amenities include a rooftop pool, 24/7 doorman/concierge, a large lobby activated with lounge areas and transit screens, game rooms, and a café; a fitness center with spin and yoga rooms and TRX equipment; electric car-charging stations; a dog run; common area washers and dryers for commercial style laundry; Wi-Fi throughout all common spaces, garage. automated parking garage, and an electronic package storage system.
“There’s an extreme shortage of spacious, well-designed luxury residences in Paulus Hook, which is primarily a brownstone neighborhood,” said James Caulfield, co-founder and partner of Fields Development Group. “Lenox presents a rare opportunity for the renter-by-choice to lease a residence in what is widely considered to be the most desirable residential neighborhood in Jersey City.”
“Just as Madox was ahead of its time in terms of providing amenities that are being sought-after by the market’s most discerning renters, Lenox offers a living environment that is not yet common along New Jersey’s Gold Coast,” said Robert Caulfield, co-founder and partner of Fields Development Group. “We anticipate that many renters currently in search of a new apartment will be extremely impressed when they compare Lenox’s offerings to other buildings that are comparable in price.”
