The infamous San Remo co-op on Central Park's Upper West Side has a new full-floor spread with panoramic Central Park views now listed for $17.5 million. The co-op was previously owned by Gordon McLeod, who is a former head of Dow Jones's digital Publications and is currently owned by investment banker Lawrence Slaughter, which he purchased for $13.5 million in 2012.
