Sharif El-Gamal's Soho Properties' 45 Park Place has hit vertical rise and will soon join the FiDi skyline when it tops out at 43-stories and 667'. The tower was designed by SOMA Architects and Ismael Leyva with interior design by the world renowned Piero Lissoni.
