Faena New York Coming To Witkoff's One High Line Late Spring 2025

January 9, 2025

Faena, the renowned luxury hotel group known for its unique blend of luxury, artistry, and cultural immersion, will be breaking into the Big Apple with its upcoming opening of Faena New York late this spring at Witkoff’s One High Line designed by Bjarke Ingels. Located at 500 West 18th Street overlooking the High Line, the property will feature 120 luxurious guest rooms and suites, the Tierra Santa Healing House spa, exquisite dining options, and vibrant nightlife offerings.

Faena New York will mark the brand's first venture into the city, following successful properties in Buenos Aires and Miami Beach. Each Faena destination is designed to reflect a commitment to art, culture, and community, offering guests and locals alike an unforgettable experience.

Set in the East Tower of One High Line, Faena New York will offer residents stunning views, expertly designed interiors, and access to Faena's signature amenities. Highlights include a 5,000-square-foot restaurant featuring a celebrity chef, a 17,000-square-foot spa, and an exclusive nightlife venue known as The Living Room.

Faena Rose members will enjoy additional perks, such as preferred rates and access to Faena destinations worldwide. The brand's holistic approach to hospitality, blending art, culture, wellness, and technology, ensures that guests have an unparalleled experience at every touchpoint.

François-Olivier Luiggi, with over 25 years of experience in luxury hospitality, will serve as general manager of Faena New York. His leadership background includes roles at prestigious properties like The Mark, The Carlyle, and The Pierre, a Taj Hotel.

Faena's commitment to art and cultural immersion is evident in its properties, where guests can encounter works by renowned artists like Damien Hirst and León Ferrari. The Faena Forum in Miami, part of the Faena District, showcases the brand's dedication to innovation and quality living.

With Faena New York's opening on the horizon, the city can look forward to a new standard of luxury, hospitality, and cultural enrichment. Faena's reputation as a transformative brand in the lifestyle and hospitality industry ensures that this latest addition will be nothing short of extraordinary.
