Closings are underway at The Symon, Brooklyn Heights’ newest boutique condominium by Lonicera Partners, Orange Management and The Davis Companies. The 13-story condo is located near the Brooklyn Heights Historic District and is named after the Patriarch of the Schermerhorn family whose aristocratic legacy dates back to the 1600s. They Symon has also unveiled model residences in addition to the closings.
“With its attainable pricing in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Brooklyn, access to an abundance of outdoor space and close proximity to the waterfront, The Symon offers all of the home features buyers are prioritizing in today’s market,” said Steve Rutter, Head of New Development New York at Compass Development Marketing Group. “We have seen immense interest and success over the past several months and are excited to begin welcoming residents to their new homes.”
Two penthouses that crown the top of the condo have gone into contract including Penthouse One, the building’s most expensive condo. Residences in The Symon range from a one-bedroom to a four-bedroom penthouse with pricing starting at $815,000 ranging up to $3.3 million.
The Symon’s interior and exterior is designed by Studio DB, a husband and wife duo who are well known for their high-end work with celebrity clientele. They designed The Symon by incorporating a modern flair into the pre-war architecture. A collection of three model residences has also recently been unveiled designed by Ashlee Anthony Design. The model homes show off unique entry foyers, washed-oak wood flooring, oversize windows and kitchens designed with natural materials.
The Symon is located at 76 Schermerhorn Street between Court Street and Boerum Place within half a block from the Brooklyn Heights Historic District. Sales and marketing are handled exclusively with Compass Development Marketing Group.
