DDG has revealed new images of the recently completed facade of 100 Franklin, their new Tribeca condo project merging old and new. 100 Franklin Street continues DDG’s longstanding commitment to traditional craftsmanship and demonstrates how a modern building can be created within a historic district. Scaffolding on half of the project has come down to reveal a striking hand-laid brick façade which features classically-inspired masonry detailing and uses handcrafted bricks by Petersen Tegl, the famed Danish brickworks company. 100 Franklin Street features 10 private full-floor homes that utilize the building’s unique architecture through open and airy layouts accessed via direct elevator entry. The highly innovative and unique property is comprised of two newly-constructed triangular buildings uniquely joined together to create expansive homes with open and airy floor-through layouts. The developer is gearing up to launch sales in the near future which will be led by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing’s Michael Lorber, along with Alexander Boriskin and Eleonora Srugo.
