Cipriani, the world-renowned and celebrated restaurateur, has revealed a first look at their brand new Cipriani Food Hall coming to Waterline Square. The Cipriani Food Hall, which was designed by Martin Brudnizki, is Cipriani’s first-ever large scale culinary food hall experience. The 28,000 SF space, located within Waterline Square, the five-acre, starchitect-designed luxury residential mega-development by GID Development Group opening this spring on Manhattan's Upper West Side, will offer to its guests a retail selection of food products, an area with produce stands, multiple specialty counters including a coffee bar, a gelato and pastry shop, and a pizza bar. Additionally, the full-service restaurant located within the sprawling space will be open seven days a week.
A Resident Benefits package, which can be seamlessly arranged through individual house accounts, will be available exclusively for residents of Waterline Square, and will include catering for events and specialty pantry stocking. Residents will also have a private entrance directly into the Cipriani food hall from their respective tower so they never have to leave the building. Cipriani Food Market is scheduled to open this summer at Two Waterline Square, which has been designed by KPF and directly fronts the nearly three-acre public park by Mathews Nielsen Landscape Architects.
