Amenities will include a branded The Ritz-Carlton Spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, bicycle parking, a rooftop bar and a ground floor fine-dining restaurant with bar. The project is being financed by Atalaya Capital, who assumed the existing $50 million mortgage on the property and provided a $108.3 million building loan and $91.3 million project loan.
