Corte, a new Long Island City-condo which is being developed by Planet Partners and CBSK Ironstate, has officially launches sales. Located at 21-30 44th Drive in Court Square, The 8-story Corte will offer 85 condominiums which start at $560,000 and range up to $3 million. Floor-plans range from studio to 3-bedroom offerings and residences will feature ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, in-unit washers and dryers, and a Miele appliance package in the kitchen along with a marble kitchen island. Amenities include a fitness center, a residents lounge, a shared roof deck with landscaped gardens and private cabanas, a children’s playroom, a pet wash, and parking, among other features. In addition to the amenities, Corte will also have 16,000 SF of ground floor retail. The project was inspired by Buenos Aires' low-rise architecture and was designed by Argentinian firm Dieguez Fridman Arquitectos & Asociados in collaboration with Beyer Blinder Belle. Construction is currently underway and the project is expected to be completed in 2019. Sales and marketing is being handled by Modern Spaces.
