The Handel Architects-designed Summit, located at 222 East 44th Street, has released new renderings as construction is moving fast towards completion in Midtown. Summit is already an iconic tower on midtown's skyline having passed topped out and construction crews are now focusing on the installation of the building's façade. Summit is a luxury residential building in Manhattan's Murray Hill neighborhood being developed by BLDG Management. The tower rises 556', and was designed by Handel Architects with interiors by Escobar Design.
Summit rises 556' and will offer 429 apartment rentals, 109 of which were dedicated as affordable housing, along with 7,160 SF of ground floor retail. Amenities include 231 on-site parking spots, a fitness center with basketball court and squash court, a 41st-floor lounge with dining room, a screening room, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a shared outdoor terrace on the fourth floor. Leasing and marketing are being exclusively overseen by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
