Extell Development Company announced a sales milestone for its record-selling ONE57 building, surpassing $73 million in transactions in the first quarter of 2018, from five contracts alone. ONE57 is home to the record-breaking $100M sale and redefined the New York City skyline on what is now known as Billionaire’s Row.
“ONE57 has achieved yet another significant sales milestone, further solidifying the development’s success,” said Anna Zarro, Senior Vice President of Residential Sales for Extell Marketing Group. “It is the only supertall tower on Billionaire’s Row anchored and serviced by a five-star hotel which will continue to entice buyers to this unparalleled lifestyle proposition.”
Sitting high above the award-winning Park Hyatt New York hotel, all ONE57 residents have full access to the hotel’s five-star amenities and services. Other amenities include: a 24-hour doorman and concierge, on-site parking, triple-height indoor swimming pool and custom Jacuzzi, library, catering kitchen, and private fitness center. Park Hyatt New York was recently named the top hotel in New York City by U.S. News and World Report.
Of the five sales, three were from the tower residences, including an impeccable model residence designed by Jeffrey Beers International: a three-bed, three-and-a-half bath home that recently hosted The New York Times for an overnight stay, and two were turnkey homes that came fully furnished from the One Collection.
The last duplex home available at the development is exclusively listed by renowned real estate broker Ryan Serhant. The stunning Spring Garden Residence was designed by AD 100, Katherine Newman Design, and features a 17 x 28 foot solarium that showcases both Central Park and cityscape views. The 5,129-square-foot-home is listed for $28.5 million.
The exterior of the ONE57 tower was designed by Christian de Portzamparc, with interiors by New York-based, Danish designer Thomas Juul-Hansen. It is located in the heart of the famous Plaza District and across from the historic Carnegie Hall.
