Silverback Development has launched sales at 67 Livingston, Brooklyn Height's tallest residential building. The predominately brownstone neighborhood is not known for new development, making the tower a unique product for the market.
"67 Livingston marks the arrival of a very rare type of inventory in Brooklyn Heights," said Josh Schuster, managing principal and founder of Silverback Development. "We expect the building to appeal to buyers looking for the best of both worlds. They will have the benefit of protected, panoramic views of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the harbor, as well as the close proximity to the charming promenade and sought-after attractions of this iconic brownstone neighborhood."
"BOLD is thrilled to be part of the team for this transformative project in Brooklyn Heights," said Jordan Sachs, Founder and CEO of BOLD New York. "This building will resonate with our buyers; full-floor residences taht provide expansive views is rare here. When coupled with HOT and CetraRuddy's exceptional designs - 67 Livingston will deliver an unparalleled product to the neighborhood."
The 29-story building will feature 21 full-floor residences and one duplex-penthouse with outdoor space and panoramic views.
