DDG has unveiled their new project, 100 Franklin, located in Tribeca. the architecturally-distinct building is the perfect balance of old and new, with a handmade brick façade and 10 expansive full-floor homes. Best known for the incredible installations that acclaimed street artist JR has done for the building in the past, 100 Franklin is an architecturally distinct project being designed and developed by DDG. The highly innovative and unique property is comprised of two newly-constructed triangular buildings uniquely joined together to create expansive homes with open and airy floor-through layouts. A truly distinct and special project for Tribeca, 100 Franklin has just launched its teaser website, along with a new rendering and project details.
100 Franklin illustrates how a modern building can be created within a historic district. The buildings will feature a striking hand-laid brick facade comprised of handmade bricks by Denmark’s Petersen Tegl. Homes feature direct elevator entry and include two duplex penthouses with expansive rooftop terraces. DDG has also commissioned Paris-based artist and designer Charlotte Taylor to create new pieces that will be permanently installed within 100 Franklin Street, as well as new artworks that will be prominently featured on the website and in marketing materials.
Sales are slated to launch in February and pricing for residences starts at approximately $3.3 million. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing has been named the exclusive sales and marketing agent for 100 Franklin, and sales are being led by Michael Lorber, along with Alexander Boriskin and Eleonora Srugo.
