425 Park Avenue, designed by Norman Foster’s Foster + Partners, has officially topped out in Midtown East at 897’. The tower rises 41-stories and is being developed by L&L Holding Company, LLC. with Adamson Associates as the architect of record. 425 Park Avenue offers 670,000 SF of rentable office space cased inside a glass curtain wall facade with reflective panels. The crown of the building will feature 3 fins rising skyward which will be illuminated at night. 425 Park is the first full-block office development on Manhattan's Park Avenue in nearly 50 years and Citadel, one of the world's longest running and largest hedge fund with over $149 billion of assets under management led by Ken Griffen, has committed to 200,000 SF as the anchor tenant. In the lobby will be a new restaurant by Chef Daniel Humm and Will Guidara. 425 Park Avenue is expected to be completed in 2020.
