The LeFrak Organization has announced the official launch of leasing at Revetment House, a new luxury rental development in Jersey City’s Hamilton Park neighborhood. The project brings 163 new rental residences and an extensive amenity package while paying homage to the historic Hamilton Park neighborhood with an industrial-chic aesthetic. Revetment House is located atop a former railroad embankment that was once operated by the Pennsylvania Railroad, complementing its location by fusing contemporary design with an industrial flair. The redevelopment was designed by HLW Architects and the finishing touches are being put on the building before move-ins can begin.
“Hamilton Park is one of the most desirable neighborhoods to live in in Jersey City, but because most of the housing is composed of single-family brownstones, there has traditionally been limited opportunity to move there. With Revetment House, we saw an opportunity to expand the residential offerings in the area, providing first-class housing and amenities,” said Laura Barsky, Manager of Residential Leasing for Revetment House. “Given that we are already almost 25 percent leased, there is obviously incredible demand for high quality housing in this area.”
Residences at Revetment House range from studios to three bedrooms with pricing starting at $2,100. Units will be spacious and bright, with open floor plan kitchens and modern finishes. Each unit will come with its own in-unit washer-dryer and Whirlpool appliances. Amenities include a stunning landscaped roof deck, a dog run, a fitness center, a lounge, a children's playroom, a part-time doorman, a centralized laundry room, on-site parking and bike storage. On-site parking will be available to lease.
The leasing office is located at Revetment House, located at 310 10th Street in Jersey City, and LeFrak is handling leasing in-house.
