“We are pleased to be delivering on a dream that this town has had for over a decade,” said Moshe Botnick, AVP of Development at Extell Development Company, at the ceremony marking the launch of residential leasing and the opening-for-business of Dollar Tree in the Barnegat 67 plaza. “With our first retail tenant now open for business, and the remainder of Phase I retail tenants taking possession of their spaces, this will be a vibrant shopping plaza by the end of this year.”

The center will also feature a 10,000 SF public plaza equipped with an amphitheater and shaded seating for dining, solidifying the complex’s role as a vibrant new consumer destination in Ocean County. In addition, the retail tenants have been carefully designed to service the needs of residents by offering healthcare, fitness, dining and convenience services.
