Tishman Speyer has released new renderings of their new, massive rental project known as Jackson Park in Long Island City. The development will feature 1,800 rental apartments spread over 3 towers which rise 42, 44 and 53-stories designed Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects and Hill West Architects. Amenities include a 1.6 acre landscaped park and a 5-story amenity clubhouse complete with a rooftop pool, indoor pool, state-of-the-art fitness center and residents lounge. Leasing is expected to launch next month (November 2017) with expected move-in to the first completed tower by the end of 2017.
