Waterline Square, the multibillion-dollar mega-development by GID Development Group that features 3 towers designed by Richard Meier (One Waterline Square), Rafael Viñoly (Three Waterline Square), and Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF)(Two Waterline Square), has just unveiled their new private tower amenities. The Upper West Side development already features 100,000 SF of subterranean shared amenities between the 3 towers. Boosting the already star-studded group of architects are interiors by world renowned designers Champalimaud (One Waterline Square), Yabu Pushelberg (Two Waterline Square), and Groves and Co. (Three Waterline Square). The private tower amenities, in each tower, are placed on the upper floors to provide residents with luxurious spaces that showcase expansive views of the Hudson River, Manhattan skyline, Downtown and the Palisades. Private tower amenities include private dining rooms, media and game rooms, billiards lounges, salons with wet bars, great rooms with gas burning fireplaces and beautifully-landscaped terraces with outdoor kitchens. One Waterline Square features 8,000 SF of private amenities on the 15th floor, Two Waterline Square features 11,000 SF of amenities on the 18th floor, and Three Waterline Terrace features 5,000 SF of amenities on the 22nd floor. Shared amenities, called The Waterline Club, features indoor tennis courts, a 30' rock climbing wall, art and a music studio.
