Tribeca will soon have a new modern, boutique condo on the block as the Post-Office Architectes-designed 30 Warren is currently approaching top-off. In anticipation of completion the developers, Cape Advisors, have released new listings through Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, who is exclusively handling sales and marketing for the project. Closings are expected to begin later this year and pricing for currently available residences starts at $1.995 million.
The intimately scaled building will be one of the first in New York to feature a facade of custom-crafted Ductal concrete. The design features numerous setbacks and picture windows, and the thin yet rigid panels of the architectural concrete function together as a veil that encapsulates the building and provides a connection to the surrounding architecture, with a modern twist. The lobby has been outfitted with Ductal wall cladding similar to that of the facade to blend the buildings interior and exterior. The contemporary space will also feature intricately detailed stone slab flooring, hand-finished oak paneling, custom champagne and black anodized metal panels, and custom brass light fixtures.
