More than 150 guests including Million Dollar Listing-star Fredrik Eklund and AD100 interior designer Ryan Korban gathered at the newly opened 40 Bleecker sales atelier, designed by Korban, to celebrate the launch of sales at the highly anticipated, 12-story group up luxury condo project in Noho. The exclusive event hosted by the project’s developers, Raymond Chalmé of Broad Street Development and Tony Leichter, they welcomed top real estate magnates, brokers and more for an intimate evening that gave all a preview inside future development. Designing his first ever condo commission, Korban, known for his flagship luxury apparel stores having worked with Balenciaga, Alexander Wang, Aquazzura, Fivestory, and private homes for fashion designers, models, actors and other prominent cultural figures, was in attendance, as well as the exclusive sales and marketing team from Douglas Elliman, led by “Million Dollar Listing New York” star Fredrik Eklund, John Gomes and Sarah Burke. Other event guests included Howard Lorber, Chairman of Douglas Elliman, Susan de Franca, President and CEO of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Ed Rawlings, project architect, Ed Hollander, landscape designer for 40 Bleecker, and Bill Schwinghammer, the project's lighting designer.
40 Bleecker will feature 61 condominium units ranging from one-to-five-bedroom layouts with 6 penthouses that crown the top of the building. Pricing starts at $2 million. Amenities include an indoor 57' swimming pool, state-of-the-art exercise room and stretching studio, as well as white glove concierge service, a live-in superintendent and bicycle storage. Providing additional ease and convenience, a limited number of private parking spaces located directly beneath the building will be available. The project Korban's first ever residential project after being named as a top designer for the 2nd consecutive year by Architectural Digest's AD 100.
